Post Collegiate Highlights:
Captain of the Winning Hood to Coast Team in 2003. Ran 25:35 at the Willamette open XC meet in 2002. Runner up of the Bear Fete invitational in 2002. 3rd place at the pacific invite XC race in 2003. 4th place at the Seattle 1/2 marathon 1:13:23.

Collegiate Highlights:
Qualified three times for the NAIA national meets, once XC (96th place 1998, 2 times track 4X800 13th place both times) Conference runner up and third place in the 800 meter in 1998 and 1999. 6th place in the conference 1500 in 2000. Holds the Colcord Field record in the 4X800.

High School Highlights:
4th in the state meet 1500 senior year(4:07)(first team all state) 8th in the 3000 junior year (9:15). District champion 1500 senior year and 3000 meter runner up in junior season. Went undefeated in league senior year in both the 1500 and 3000. 18th in the state XC meet. First Gladstone HS athlete to ever compete at state championships in two different sports in one season(soccer and XC). First athlete in league history to be selected all league in two sports in one season(first team XC and honorable mention soccer) Was the third leading scorer on the 1st ranked soccer team in the state. Inducted into the Gladstone HS athletic hall of fame. Coached in high school by Tom O’neil, Paul Simon and Mike Achong.
