Post Collegiate Highlights:
Ran two years for Track West, a club in Santa Monica, CA. Enjoyed racing against such luminaries as Felix Sanchez (World Champion 400m hurdler), Jesse Strutzel (U.S. Olympic hopeful and UCLA school record holder), and Nick Thornton (NCAA All-American). Became a much more consistent runner than ever before consistently clocking times close to PRs and dropping 1.5 seconds from my 400m relay split.

Collegiate Highlights:
Former Indoor 800m school record holder, now 2nd on all-time list.
2nd on outdoor 800 list.
800 leg of school record Distance Medley Relay set at the Drake Relays when we beat Arkansas! (on a dropped baton).
Mid-Continent Conference Outdoor Championships Bronze-medalist in the 800m
Twice most improved.

High School Highlights:
Grant High School Team Captain for both Cross Country and Track, 1997.
Placed 2nd at the Hillsboro Invite to eventual State Champion Rob Vermillion. 1:59.2
Placed 3rd at City Championships in the high jump. 6’2”
