Kriz is Boston Bound
BOISE, ID—7 February
2004—Team XO’s Adam Kriz joined teammate Kyley Johnson
by qualifying for United States Indoor Nationals competition on
Saturday at the 2004 United Heritage Invitational, hosted by Boise
State, at Jacksons Track/Idaho Sports Center.
Kriz, the lone XO member to compete at the Invitational, came
in third with at toss of 66 feet, 8.75 inches in the weight throw.
“I was happy with my performance this weekend, especially
since I was disappointed in my throws over the last few meets,”
said Kriz. “I just wanted to come out and throw far, so
I just relaxed and threw.”
This year’s United States Indoor Nationals will be held
February 27-29, 2004 at the Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic
Center in Boston, Mass.

Team XO Track & Field Club was founded and created in 2002
by former University of Oregon track athletes. We are located
in Eugene, Oregon, home of historic Hayward field and known internationally
as Track Town, USA. Our team is comprised of primarily post-collegiate
athletes that train in the state of Oregon or have graduated from
universities in Oregon. Team XO has been created for elite post
collegiate track & field athletes looking to continue their
athletic career, while competing at the highest possible level.
